Every rough diamond is unique. Its journey from rough to polished touches ten departments, each adding value — and each introducing the possibility of weight loss, misclassification, or loss. This was Prixgen's most bespoke Odoo implementation. We built a stone-level production tracking system within Odoo — where every carat movement, every planning decision, every polishing stage, and every quality grade was recorded against an individual stone ID.
